I've used some textured green cardstock, with pink polkadot paper from Simply Cards & Papercraft magazine as the main frame. The scalloped circle "frame" is a die cut from a Let's Make Cards set (as is the green handbag & flower). The rub-on sentiment is from Papermania, and I've added a few other little embellishments (including the Zoomz at the bottom).

Rainbow Lady's Challenge #59 - Frames
Here is my entry to Challenge 59:

I've used some textured green cardstock, with pink polkadot paper from Simply Cards & Papercraft magazine as the main frame. The scalloped circle "frame" is a die cut from a Let's Make Cards set (as is the green handbag & flower).
