Tilda with flowing hair

Here's a card I've made with "Tilda with Flowing Hair, coloured with my Promarkers (again one from a polo match). I've used two different pieces of My Mind's Eye summer papers, along with some plain Papermania green to contrast again the dark pink. A couple of Papermania Capsule collection flowers, two recycled buttone and some twine (and a peel-off) and it's done!

Poinsettia Layers!

My first attempt at using the Papermania poinsettia template and I was quite impressed with how they turned out:

I've used some kraft coloured card (with a goldish sheen on it), and along the top I've put some of the Papermania Signature "A Christmas Carol" vellum. I've used kraft coloured paper & red & gold Christmas text paper for the poinsettias. The sentiment is "recycled" from an old Christmas card. Glitter and gems to embellish!

Anniversary in Pink!

A card I made for my cousin & his wife for their Wedding Anniversary. I've used some Kate Knight flower paper that came free with an issue of Cardmaking and Papercraft, and have added some pink plain paper to make my little flower frame and the punched edge. I've used a small rectangle of pink shiny Gemstones paper to mount my peel-off onto. Then some embellishing with gems & glamour dust glitter!!

My first altered chipboard!!

At the last DoCrafts demo Mum & I went to at Ross Labels, the demonstrator (Louise) had made a wall sign using a page from a chipboard album. Now I have a few of these from a blog candy I won a while ago (they're made by Crayola), and that was just the inspiration I needed to get them out and have a go. At the same demo I also bought some little calendar tabs. Here's what I came up with...
Side One is decorated with striped paper from DCWV Scrapbook stack. The sentiment was downloaded from Papercrafts Magazine website. I think it's a brilliant one! I've sanded & inked the edges of the star shape and added some gems to each point for a bit of bling! 3 lovely roses to finish it off!

Side Two - The paper Papermania's Love paper pack, with a sentiment is from Create with TLC. Paulette has loads of fantastic sentiments and word arts so go and see the blog!! I've used a couple of chipboard hearts and some Zoomz (also won in candy). I popped a couple of eyelets into the punched holes and used some of my jewellery tiger tail wire & beads to make a loop to hang the calendar with.

LOTV Carol Singing!

Here's my first Lili of the Valley Challenge Card using "Carol Singing". I've coloured with Promarkers, but haven't quite worked out how to get the effects of the light/snow, so that's a work in progress for future cards!
The papers are from a DCWV Christmas stack (I've lost the front cover so not sure what it's called!!) I've used some green ribbon (with red stitching) and some red scalloped card (Martha Stewart punched). The sentiment is a clear 3D sticker.

Sugar Nellie Flower Girl

Another flowery creation using Sugar Nellie's "Daisy" image, coloured with Promarkers whilst sat in my car at a Polo match last Thursday (as vet in attendance). Six hours is a long time to be sat in my car, particularly when I don't really follow Polo. It's also less exciting when I'm thinking "Don't you clobber that pony with your mallet, or hit the ball in it's face!" because it means poorly pony and I like a nice uneventful match with all animals safe and sound (literally) at the end!! So I coloured a few images while I was there!!

I've used My Mind's Eye Summer papers as I think they are all just perfect for this image! I've made my own flowers using a punch and brads, and distressed the edges of the card with pigment ink!

First Tunnel card!!

Mum & I recently bought the Papermania Tunnel Card template, and here's my first attempt using it!!

I've used a Miss Anya image coloured with Whispers (in the Promarker-era!!), and have glittered the white fur trims with Glamour dust!
The card is actually Cooredinations, and so I've distressed the edges with scissors, then used silver pearlescent glue & more glamour dust to highlight the edges (and hide my poor cutting skills)!! There is acetate across the "windows" with little stickers stuck on, and at the back I've used a Christmas tree from a paper pack, and embellished with gems. I love the sparkle (as I'm sure you've realised on this card) and get so excited about Christmas!!

Fancy Pants!!

Here's a card I've made using House Mouse Happy Hopper "Fancy Pants" image, coloured with Promarkers. I've used a few new (or old) things on this card - the pink doily behind the image is cut with the new Marianne D Creatables flower doily, I've done a bit of distressing around the edge of the paper with Colour Box cat's eyes pigment ink, and I've used some lace that I received in a blog candy ages ago!!
The paper is from My Mind's Eye summer papers, and then I've just added a pink strip cut with Xcut lattice border punch, a green ribbon, and some eyelets.

I also used Anita's 3-D clear gloss finish to give the pearls a bit of a shine (not sure if you can see it)!

Partying with Penny Black, in Pink!!

My cousin's daughter is 13 soon, so I thought I'd make her a really girly card! I've used the Penny Black "Partying" stamped image, coloured with Promarkers. The spotted paper and light pink is from a Forever Friends decoupage pack, and the darker pink is just Dovecraft plain paper pack. I've used a wire word I made myself, a few lovely flowers, a die-cut sentiment and some gems!
