Wedding Box!

Here's the box I decorated for Rachel - I wanted to give her something to keep some of her wedding "memories" in, and also put a few little keepsakes in. I knew she had her something old, something new & something borrowed, but I thought she might need something blue (and a silver sixpence for her shoe)!

The flowers are handmade - a technique I learnt at a recent Trimcraft demo! Basically cutting some scalloped circles, wetting them, folding them/scrunching them, then securing with a brad.

 Supplies:

Forever Friends Birthday!

The first card I've made using one of my new FF stamps (that I got for my Birthday in April)! It's been coloured for ages, but I've only just got around to actually making a card!

Welcome Home Dad!

Dad's been away in France with work for 10days (although it's gone quite quickly). Mum and I have missed him, and the dogs have too! Particularly for walks! So I made him a card and a pile of cupcakes (photo to follow!!)

Vintage Anniversary

Here's an anniversary card for my cousin and her husband. I've not really tried the proper "vintage" look before, but got together some things I've had for a while and gave it a go!

Paper: Basic Grey
Embellishments: Glasses = Dovecraft Dimensions sticker embellished with glitterations sparkly dots, the round "buttons" in the corner were the spares from a coat or something!

My Mother's Day Whimsy Creation!

I won five of the new Whimsy Stamps digis in their March release hop, and these are two that I decided to use for my Mother's Day card. Crissy Armstrong's "In the Doghouse" on the left is my Benny dog, and Meljen's Designs "She Loves Animals" is just perfect!
I had a go at a twisted easel card, and was surprised at how easy it was (once I'd worked out which way round to stick the images)!

Forever Friends Anniversary!

I was so excited to have won some digi stamps from the Digi Doodle Shop in the February Forever Friends Challenge that I decided to print them out and colour them in straight away!

Here's Dad's card for Mum, but obviously he didn't make it!!

It's "Tilda with 3 Flowers", coloured with Promarkers, backed on "Pink Petticoat" Vintage Rose collection paper, with some lovely flowers and a ribbon. I've inked all round the edge of the card and the sentiment.
